Patrick J. O'Neil, PE, our president and chief mechanical engineer, possesses over 20 years of experience in design for construction and leadership. Patrick has led a diverse portfolio of projects, from office buildings and commercial renovations to residential developments and industrial building conversions. His commitment to client satisfaction, innovative solutions, and sustainability has been instrumental in our company's success. In addition to his engineering acumen, Patrick is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 12 years during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. His military experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, dedication to teamwork, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Malcolm H. Lyle III, PE, LEED AP BD+C, our chief electrical engineer, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in electrical systems design, commissioning, and construction administration. Malcolm's expertise encompasses a wide range of projects, including mission-critical applications, commercial construction, and low-voltage power distribution.
