Founded by Joseph "Jed" Hannon, P.E., a retired US Army Corps of Engineer officer with 21 years of service, A.C.E. is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) with a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals in Civil & Marine Engineering, Land Planning, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
