Founded in 1970 by Frank O. Waterman, the company has since grown to include a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service with great care and supreme precision.

• Jean Waterman, Owner & President: With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and over 20 years of experience, Jean is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the success of every project.
• Dave Waterman, Vice President: With degrees in Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and Wentworth, Dave brings over 35 years of experience and a commitment to on-site planning and risk management to every project.
• Richard Nelson, Senior Project Manager: With degrees in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Northeastern University and Merrimack, Richard has over 30 years of experience and a tireless dedication to ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

• Subdivisions: Our team has the expertise to design the division of land for the development of new neighborhoods, providing a boundary plan, drainage, and certified subdivision plan.
