Land Development

Our civil engineering staff has extensive experience in site and land development for industrial, commercial, governmental, and residential projects. We understand the importance of proper preliminary planning and financial analysis in ensuring the success of a development project. Our services include feasibility studies, preliminary and final platting, water distribution design, sanitary sewer collection system design, and storm sewer system design, among others.

Public Infrastructure

UEI's civil engineering staff has extensive experience in public infrastructure design, working with various government agencies to design and develop infrastructure projects. Our services include design of sanitary sewers, water lines, roadway and drainage systems, traffic control, storm water pollution control, and other underground utilities. We also have the expertise to acquire permits from various government agencies, including TxDOT, County, City, Flood Control, Corps of Engineers, and railroad crossing permits.

Surveying

Our surveying team provides a range of services, from traditional surveying to cutting-edge technologies like lidar scanning and photogrammetry. We offer boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and other specialized surveys tailored to our clients' unique requirements.

Engineering

Our engineering team provides a comprehensive range of engineering services, including utility engineering, gas distribution pipeline engineering, telecommunication construction management, and pipeline engineering. We have extensive experience in designing and building complex infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
