Our Story

Our story begins with Jose-Miguel (JM) Albaine, the principal of the company, who has over 25 years of experience in the design, review, and inspection of buildings. With a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Connecticut, JM has taught courses as an adjunct faculty member at the university and has also provided seminars on request. His design philosophy is centered around the idea that structural design is both an art and a science, requiring a deep understanding of both the aesthetic and technical aspects of a building.

• Conduct structural analyses on main frames considering all loading conditions
• Design residence with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), reinforced concrete walls and floors
