The Crossroads Group, LLC (TCG) is a full-service civil engineering, land surveying, and A/E telecommunications firm. Our clientele ranges from single-family homeowners in need of grading and building permits, to nationally recognized telecommunication and energy companies in need of site surveying, design, and permits. Our Services

*Civil Engineering*: Our civil engineering services include stormwater management, NPDES, grading, and construction design for commercial and residential land development clients. We offer fully engineered subdivision plans and associated permits for residential land developers, and fully engineered land development plans and associated permits for commercial land developers.

*Telecom Services*: Our telecom services include A/E drawings, construction management, land development, and professional land survey for towers, small cells, and utilities. We also provide site survey, lease exhibit plans, zoning plans, construction drawings, and supporting PADEP land development approvals for telecommunication companies.

*Survey*: We provide topographic and boundary land surveying services, as well as flood surveys, construction stakeout, ALTA/ACSM survey plans, permitting, and title review. Our survey services are available for residential, commercial, and telecom clients.

*Drone Services*: Our drone services include photogrammetry, material tracking, and construction progression. These services are available for clients in need of accurate and efficient data collection and analysis.
