With over 25 years of experience, our team of licensed civil engineers, licensed land surveyors, and support staff have the expertise and qualifications to take your project from inception to completion.

Our company was founded in 2005 by Dale K. Bennett, PLS, PE, with the goal of providing cost-effective designs that meet our clients' needs. We believe that communication is key to a successful project, and we make it a priority to listen to our clients' ideas, address their concerns, and adhere to their project schedule. We also believe in implementing a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program at the beginning of each project to ensure efficiency and minimize mistakes.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to meet our clients' needs, including land development engineering, surveying services, and commercial/industrial engineering and planning. Our land development engineering services include development planning, rezoning, annexation plats, and variances, as well as master planned community design and residential and commercial subdivisions. We also provide land development plans, including conceptual site plans, preliminary plans, and site plans, as well as construction documents and development cost estimates.

Our surveying services include ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, legal descriptions and exhibits, construction staking, subdivision plats, and lot line adjustment surveys. We also provide due diligence, site investigation, and feasibility studies to help our clients make informed decisions.
