Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-notch services that meet our clients' needs, budget, and timeline.

Our Team

Our management team, led by Rick Solis, PE, has over 19 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. Rick is a licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona and is certified as an ACI level 1 concrete field-testing technician. Our team also includes a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and has expertise in various areas including pre-design and full roadway design services, traffic signals and roadway lighting, parking lot design, multimodal design, drainage infrastructure design, commercial and residential site design, airport landside design, parks design, water & sewer design, septic design, GIS and Asset Management Services, bid documents, damage assessments, grant writing services, project management, and construction administration and management services.
