Professional Assessment and Recommendations
Palmer Engineering Company has received excellent reviews for their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. Authors Himanshu Chavda and Gaz Evans have praised the company for their thorough assessments and recommendations. Chavda, who has worked with Palmer Engineering twice, commended the company's knowledge of Gwinnett county permitting and their willingness to ensure that his work site was structurally sound. Gaz Evans, who hired the company to size a beam for a wall removal, noted that the inspection and report were completed more quickly than expected.
Unexpected and Poor Customer Service
In contrast, Kelley Naftal had a negative experience with Palmer Engineering. She called the company to schedule a consultation for her home remodeling project, but was deterred by their hourly rate of $200 per hour and insistence on cash or check payment. The consultation, which lasted only 30 minutes, was also lacking in personalization, with the engineer not even putting down his clipboard to assess the issues. Naftal expressed disappointment with the company's service.
