Summit Consulting Services, Inc. is a leading project consultant to local, state, federal, and Alaska Native entities and private sector firms in rural Alaska. Established in 1995, the company has grown from its humble beginnings in Tok to offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks, providing a wide range of planning and design services, as well as construction management, and equipment sales.

History of Excellence

With over 50 projects completed and ongoing projects, Summit Consulting Services has a solid history of success in rural force account sanitation improvement project design and construction management. Our staff has valuable knowledge of the geographic, climatic, cultural, and social characteristics of the villages in every unique region. Our founder and president, David Cramer, has over 45 years of experience in estimating, bidding, building, and managing projects in Alaskan communities.

Rural Waste Management

Solid waste management is a significant challenge in many Alaskan communities. Summit Consulting Services offers a range of innovative solutions to mitigate these concerns and provide better waste management for rural Alaskans. Our product line includes solid waste burn boxes, waste oil storage/transport tanks, transportable collection containers, modified tilt trailers, enclosed waste transfer stations, and honey bucket dump trucks. We also provide on-site set up assistance, safety placards, and local utility crew training.
