PR Consulting Engineering was founded in 1995 by Paul D. Barroca, PE, with the goal of continuing the family tradition in engineering. Over the years, we have grown to become a leading provider of engineering services, serving both the public and private sectors. Meet Our Team

Paul Barroca, P.E., is our Senior Project Manager and Designer. With 29 years of experience, he has worked on a variety of projects including drainage, hydraulics, water, sewer, site planning, structural, and building construction. Richard Barbieri is our Special Building Department and Engineering Consultant, bringing 35 years of experience to the table. His expertise includes a wide variety of engineering and building department fields.
