Leadership

Our leadership team consists of experienced and seasoned professionals who have dedicated their careers to the field of engineering. Our CEO and Founder, Masoud Bokaie, has over 35 years of engineering experience and has earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from California State Long Beach. Our President, George Richards, has over 35 years of experience in engineering and has served on various committees that have written and published building codes.
