Our Team
Our team is led by Martha Bright, PE, who has a strong background in civil engineering and over 20 years of experience. She is joined by Ken Bright, PE, PLS, who brings a wealth of knowledge in both civil engineering and land surveying. Together, they have the expertise to tackle projects of all sizes and complexity.
Services Offered
We provide a variety of services including site feasibility analysis, commercial site plans, sanitary sewer design, water line design, lift station design, sediment and erosion control, storm water management plans, spray irrigation and low-pressure sewer systems, residential site planning and design, regulatory and permit consulting, construction management and administration, and project estimates. Our services are designed to cater to both private developers and government agencies.
Building Design Services
In addition to civil engineering services, we also offer building design services for various types of projects including offices, churches, fire stations, retail space, veterinarian hospitals, small industrial buildings, restaurants, and renovations and additions. Our team has the expertise to design foundations for manufactured homes as well.
Project Experience
We have successfully completed numerous projects including water line design for the Goldston-Gulf Sanitay District and the City of Sanford, sidewalk design for Chatham Co., and building design for the Heaven Multi Family Building in Sanford, NC. These projects demonstrate our ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
