Our History and Current Status

Located in Austin, Texas, we are a privately held, woman-owned small business that has been in operation since November 2000. Over the years, we have experienced significant growth, both in terms of revenue and employees. Current projections indicate that we will sustain growth of over 25% per year for the foreseeable future.

Services Offered

At J3S, we offer a wide range of services, including corporate management consulting and system architecture design, as well as research and development. We often work closely with contractor personnel to develop, implement, and institute new technologies and practices. Our core services include management and engineering consulting, engineering design, specialized software development, and technical support.

Our Expertise

We possess extensive experience working with the U.S. government and prime contractors in the defense industry. Our team consists of highly educated professionals with advanced degrees in engineering and science, as well as experienced professionals in contracting, accounting, graphics, and information systems. We have two patents pending for innovations in test and measurement technology.

SeaPort-e

We are proud to participate in the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contracting portal, which provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. Through the SeaPort-e portal, we and our team members can competitively bid for Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUB), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, or the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracts.
