Frank Savage

Senior Project Manager

Frank has over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering discipline, holding a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Florida and a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Vincent A. Cautero, AICP

Vice President of Planning

Vince has over 42 years of experience in urban planning, holding a bachelor's degree in urban planning from Buffalo State and a master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Project Manager

Vinnie is a third-generation Lee County native, holding a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and serving as Vice President of the Calusa chapter of the Florida Engineering Society.

Chris Ellis

Professional Surveyor and Mapper

Chris is a 5th-generation Fort Myers native, holding a degree in Geomatics Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Professional Surveyor and Mapper certification.

Professional Engineer

Jamie has over 4 years of experience in environmental engineering, holding a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Professional Engineer license from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.

Doug Tarn

Construction Engineering Manager

Doug has over 15 years of experience in building construction and holds a degree in Building Construction Technology. His extensive understanding of construction methods is invaluable in the design and Construction Engineering and Inspection processes.
