Dailey Engineering Inc. is a dynamic and versatile company that handles a wide range of structural engineering projects. We take pride in being a small, but highly agile firm that puts customer satisfaction and practical engineering solutions above all else. Located in Onsted, MI, Dailey Engineering Inc. was founded by CEO and owner Todd Dailey in the fall of 1993. Our mission is to be the design firm of choice for educational facilities in Lenawee, Hillsdale, Washtenaw, and Jackson counties. We have completed over $66,000,000 in major additions and renovations.

Our innovative, and flexible company set-up allows us to also offer combined design/construction management services. This service significantly reduces overall project fees, results in a much smoother construction process, and achieves a high level of construction oversight. We feel this is superior compared to large out-of-town firms that are not as invested in the local community and its projects.

In addition to our focus on educational facilities, we also provide expert design and consultant work for private and public entities. We have 23 years of experience with a variety of building designs, including industrial, commercial, and residential. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals, including Todd Dailey, who received his Civil Engineering degree with high honors from Michigan Technological University, and Matt Fowler, Senior Designer, among others.

We are particularly renowned for our masonry consulting services, being the nation's leader in temporary masonry wall bracing design. We have pioneered improved job site safety at a lower cost than traditional bracing methods, using our modern understanding of early-age strength development. Our innovative approach is aimed at changing the culture of masonry bracing across the country.
