Our Story

At Magee Technologies, LLC (MTech), we are a small business with a big impact. With over 30 employees, we specialize in the design, analysis, and certification of aerospace structures for both commercial and DoD customers. Our team of engineers has a combined experience of over 135 years, working on over 50 aerospace platforms. With an average of almost 20 years of experience, our engineers are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Our Services

At MTech, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:

• Design: Our designers take ideas and turn them into reality, creating 3D solid model parts and assemblies, 2D detailed drawings, and parametric modeling for easy updates and modifications.
• Analysis: We offer advanced capabilities in structural design, finite element modeling, stress analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, dynamic fatigue analysis, sonic fatigue analysis, and structural certification.
• Certification: Our team of experts provides structural and certification plans, major repairs and modifications, and FAA DER Part 23 and 25 certification.
• Rapid Prototyping: We utilize our state-of-the-art facilities to rapidly prototype products, allowing for efficient testing and validation.
• Software Development: Our software architects work closely with customers and MTech subject matter experts to develop innovative software tools and methods that optimize the engineering workflow.
• Training: We offer comprehensive training programs to ensure our clients have the necessary skills to utilize our software and services.

Experience and Expertise

At MTech, we have the expertise and capabilities to support our clients throughout the product lifecycle, from writing system requirements to fatigue life extension program development. Currently under contract with the Naval Air Systems Command AIR 4.3.3 Structures Division, we provide subject matter expertise in structural analysis and certification to the US Navy. Our experience and expertise in aerospace structural design, analysis, and certification have been built over decades, making us a trusted partner for our clients.
