We were entering into a significant build with both a pool and pool house and we learned of RBD Associates through a referral. We could not have more pleased. Ramiz, the owner, was timely, showed up to appointments when he said he would, often times even early. He was thoughtful in his approach and delivery. He carefully researched the rules and regulations specific to our village and tailored his engineering recommendations accordingly. When we had change orders or a multitude of questions, he always answered the phone and took my call. He also worked with the village engineer to ensure we were in compliance and meeting the code requirements all the way through to completion. Ramiz is thorough, smart and really a kind human.
