Our History
Since 1988, Carlson Engineering has successfully designed and implemented capital engineering projects for some of North America's largest Food, Beverage, and Dairy plants. Our company was founded by John Carlson P.E., a 40-year veteran of Food and Dairy plant engineering and process automation. Starting in a garage with one client, Carlson Engineering has grown to occupy a 50,000 sq. ft. office and manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, and serves many of the industry's largest producers.
