Richard Doss, the founding partner of Pacific Coast Civil, has been instrumental in the land development field for over thirty years. As a design engineer, project planner, project manager, principal engineer, and lead engineer, he has spearheaded numerous residential, recreational, municipal, and commercial developments throughout Southern California. His emphasis on community planning and strong relationships with government agencies ensure seamless project approvals and successful outcomes. Richard Doss has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 1991 and has been a Registered Civil Engineer in California since 1992.
