At Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC, we have a rich history of delivering Quality Solutions to Engineering Challenges. Founded in 1988 as William W. Witman, P.E., our firm has been providing comprehensive land development and subdivision services for over three decades. Our Reading, PA office was established in October 1992, and we have since grown to become a respected and trusted partner in the engineering and consulting industry.

Our Expertise
With nearly 100 years of combined experience in Engineering and Surveying, our staff of Civil Engineers, CAD Drafters, and Environmental Specialists are equipped to tackle even the most complex projects. Our team members possess extensive knowledge of current construction and planning requirements for sewer and drainage projects. We are a certified PennDOT business partner and have worked on PennDOT design/build projects.

Our founder, William W. Witman, PE, has 40 years of experience in Civil Engineering Design, Construction, and Maintenance. His expertise in Bridge, Highway, and Site Construction ensures that our designs are not only visually appealing but also cost-effective and constructed with consideration for the client's budget.
Recent Projects
We have successfully completed several notable projects, including the design of a temporary pedestrian bridge in Montgomery County, the demolition of a bridge over SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown Regional Rail Line in Montgomery County, and the development of the Oak Grove Subdivision in Berks County.
