Our History

Dynamic Engineering was founded in 2003 by Jeffrey Spalt and John Palus, two visionary leaders who shared a passion for delivering high-quality engineering consulting services to their clients. From humble beginnings, starting in the basement of Jeff's household, our company has grown exponentially over the years, driven by our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Our Story

In 2004, we relocated to Lake Como, New Jersey, and subsequently expanded our operations to Chester, New Jersey. Our team has continued to grow, and we have established a strong reputation in the industry for our expertise, attentiveness, and efficiency. In 2005, Joe Jaworski joined our team, bringing his own unique skills and expertise to the table. Brett Skapinetz joined us in 2006, and we have continued to build a talented team of engineers and professionals who share our vision and values.
