At TTS Engineering, we are proud to be Southern California's premier civil engineering general contractor, with a rich history dating back to 1996. Our story began as a small, family-owned business, Tim's Tractor Service, and has since grown into a prominent player in the industry. Over the years, we have established strong relationships with public agencies, private clients, and other contractors, and have developed a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

Our Services

Wet Utilities

With decades of experience, we have honed our expertise in installing every type of wet utility for projects ranging from high-density residential and commercial developments to off-site agency-owned public works projects. Our portfolio boasts some of the most challenging and time-sensitive installations of fire, water, and sewer systems, as well as complex detention/retention systems.

Dry Utilities

We work closely with Southern California Edison to marry the off-site utility backbone to many of our on-site development projects. With our extensive experience in duct and gas installations across Southern California, we are well-equipped to handle any scopes of work tied to your project.

Concrete

Our in-house concrete and masonry crews are dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship in structural concrete, slab pours, CMU block walls, curb and gutter formation, sidewalks, and all other flat work. We have gained specialty experience by working closely with agencies such as the Irvine Company and other local AHJ's.

Demolition, Excavation, & Grading

At TTS Engineering, moving dirt is where we began and what we have perfected over the years. We partner with top-notch subcontractors or self-perform our own excavation for all scopes of work. We also bring relationships as a dirt broker to economically overcome difficult import/export projects of various sizes.

Specialty Projects

We have developed relationships with companies pioneering the sustainable energy industry to install proprietary fixtures on large-scale privately owned and public works projects. We also offer specialty services through our equipment rental division, DB Equipment.

DB Equipment

As a subsidiary of TTS Engineering, DB Equipment provides heavy hauling and saw cutting services, as well as core drilling, making us a one-stop shop for all your construction needs.
