Our History

Established in 2003 by Raul F. Pina, P.E., our company has a rich history dating back to 1984 when Mr. Pina co-founded Collins/Pina Consulting Engineers, a 4-person engineering consultant firm that grew to become one of the largest engineering firms in Arizona. Over the years, our team has accumulated extensive experience in planning, engineering, surveying, architecture, and landscape architecture services, with a strong focus on serving Arizona communities.
