Our Team

At the helm of our company are our two co-founders, David R. Gorman, P.E., and Charles C. Crum, P.E., both of whom are Registered Professional Engineers in the State of Colorado. David has been with the company since 1993, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in engineering. Charles, who founded the company in 1981, has over 41 years of experience in engineering. Together, they share a deep understanding of regulatory agency requirements and positive relationships with area city and county governments.
