SDE offers a wide range of services, including civil engineering, surveying and mapping, land use planning, and subsurface utility engineering. Our civil engineering services include the design of public and private infrastructure improvements, mixed-use and commercial site development, infill and residential subdivisions, estate lots development, and ADU development. Our surveying and mapping services include extensive land surveying for land development, land division, design, and construction of roads, utilities, and building sites. Our land use planning services guide public and private developers through the complex process of developing environmentally sound plans. Our subsurface utility engineering services specialize in the mapping of existing underground utilities for cities, counties, and commercial developers.
