Safety Concerns
An employee shared a disturbing experience while trying to cross the street near one of the company's vehicles, which failed to slow down or stop despite having multiple cars stopped and flashing lights on the crosswalk sign.
Work Environment
Several employees described a hostile, unpredictable, and hectic work environment, with top-down B.S. that negatively affects lower-level employees. There is little room for growth unless one is willing to engage in "a kissing" and playing favorites. The HR department is criticized for manipulating wages and hours through a flawed system.
Lack of Autonomy and Job Security
Employees felt undervalued and micromanaged, with little freedom to express their concerns without facing consequences, such as altered hours or pay. The training and leadership were also deemed unprofessional.
Positive Experiences
In contrast, two employees had very different experiences, describing a super friendly and professional environment, and praising the attentiveness, efficiency, and speed of the company's staff.
