Owner
Kevin graduated from the University of Memphis in 1978 with a civil engineering degree. He worked at Memphis Light, Gas and Water for 25 years, obtaining his PE license in 1987. He founded Poe Engineering in 2004 after consulting work with Foundation Engineering Management.
Luke R. Poe
Engineering Manager
Luke earned his civil engineering degree from the University of Arkansas in 2010. After highway department experience, he joined Poe Engineering in 2014 and became a licensed structural engineer in 2015. He now manages the Memphis office operations.
Rhett Hensley
Structural Design Engineer
Rhett graduated from Mississippi State University in 2020 with a civil engineering degree. He interned at Poe Engineering during college and joined full-time after graduation. He specializes in structural design while enjoying outdoor activities near his Mississippi home.

Melvin earned his civil engineering degree from Christian Brothers University in 2020. After roles in Georgia and Memphis, he joined Poe Engineering in 2023. He enjoys automotive restoration projects and photography in his free time.
