With over 300 marine structures in Florida under our belt, we have substantial experience working with regulatory authorities such as the Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the South Florida Water Management District. Our marine engineering services include personal docks and piers, seawalls and bulkheads, multi-family docks and marinas, beach protection, shoreline stabilization, and dredging.
Milestone Inspections
As of 2024, Florida statute 553.899 requires milestone inspections for all condominium associations greater than three stories in height by December 31 of the year the building reaches 30 years of age.
