• Robin McKennon Thaler, PE, LEED AP: As a LEED-accredited professional engineer, Robin specializes in the design and planning of projects that prioritize environmental sustainability. With 25 years of engineering experience, Robin has a strong background in civil engineering design and development.
• Casey Jeszeck, PE: As a senior engineer, Casey has a diverse range of experience in site development and parks projects. He is passionate about providing innovative and forward-thinking approaches to stormwater management that meet client needs and benefit the environment.
• Elaine Guo, LEED AP: Elaine is a LEED-accredited professional with a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Washington. She is passionate about stormwater engineering and design, and is committed to continuing her education and learning about sustainable design.
• Bethany Steadman, PE: As a project manager, Bethany has extensive experience in K-12 projects, from master planning to construction administration. She is passionate about stormwater management solutions that are both environmentally friendly and meet client needs.
• Ellie Elefson, EIT: As a design engineer, Ellie has experience in water quality and treatment, as well as stormwater design. She is passionate about design solutions that benefit both building functionality and the environment.
