Positive Experiences
Bay Engineering has provided excellent service to some of its clients. According to one satisfied customer, Tim Martin was very pleasant and took the time to listen to their request, walking them through the whole process. Another customer had a great experience with Mike Gillespie, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent throughout the process.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, some clients have had poor experiences with Bay Engineering. One customer was referred to the company by another surveyor, but was quoted a higher price than expected and felt misled.
