Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the customer service they received from CTL. Kristen Noel reported a disturbing incident where an employee driving a company truck yelled profanity at her and her children. Matthew Trujillo had a poor experience with a phone representative who put him on hold without permission and later responded with an attitude. Chris Powell never received a call back after leaving a message.
Cost Effectiveness Concerns
