We then proceed with the goal of providing a cost-efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design. Our residential development design services include site selection and evaluation, master planning, zoning/rezoning, roadway design, drainage and stormwater system design, public utility system design, septic system design, private water system design, erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plans, and construction administration.

General Contracting

Our general contracting services are provided by Phelps Construction Company (PCC), which has been established since 1999. PCC is a custom home and commercial builder based in Valdosta, GA. The company prides itself in completing projects in a timely and budget-conscious manner. Our residential building experience includes areas around Valdosta such as Cherry Creek, Kinderlou Forest, Stone Creek, Audobon Heights (Hahira), and privately owned properties with home sizes ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet. Our commercial building experience includes a wide range of project types, including historic rehabilitation projects in Downtown Valdosta, long-term facilities maintenance for the Savannah Housing Authority, and religious facilities.
