Engineering Services

Our engineering department specializes in providing services related to drinking water and domestic wastewater utility systems. Our services include field investigations, data collection, long-range planning, feasibility studies, permitting, preliminary design, preparation of Plans and Specifications, contract administration, and construction inspection. We also offer services in plant operations, preparation of municipal codes, ordinances, and assessment of tap fees and monthly users charges.

Environmental Consulting Services

Our environmental staff is comprised of biologists, resource specialists, GIS analysts, hydrologists, and geologists who work together to provide integrated solutions to our clients. Our services include biological surveys, migratory bird and raptor surveys, noxious weed inventories, threatened and endangered species assessments, and habitat conservation planning. We also provide Army Corps of Engineers 404 permitting, wetland delineations, pre-construction notifications, wetland planning and monitoring, and NEPA documentation.
