Disappointing Experience with Dominic

Communication Issues
One of the major concerns is the lack of effective communication. Synergy Team experienced difficulties in getting plans approved, with each resubmission taking up valuable time and money. Dominic was slow to respond, at one point stating he was too busy to answer a question, and eventually stopped calling back altogether.
Clare H. had a similar experience, waiting three weeks for a response after initially being told Dominic would not be available until after Christmas. When she finally got a reply, she was shocked to find the quote had increased by nearly three times the original amount.
Poor Professionalism
The reviews suggest that Dominic demonstrated poor professionalism, particularly in the way he handled communication. His lack of responsiveness, dodging calls, and unwillingness to answer questions all contributed to a sense of frustration and distrust.
