Our civil engineering services include due diligence studies, site analysis and design, residential and commercial design, roadway and parking facilities design, stormwater management and design, utility infrastructure design, green building and development, and LEED AP services. Construction Administration

ZCA provides construction administration services that include construction engineering inspections (CEI), field conflict resolution, construction progress meeting coordination, shop drawings, RFI's, pay applications, as-builts and certifications, punch lists, and project close-out. Our team of experts provides hands-on, time and cost-conscious project management to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Environmental Services

Our environmental services include wetlands protected species habitat restoration, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), arbor services, marine environment, and environmental permitting. History

Founded in 1977 by Zev Cohen, ZCA has grown from a one-person firm to a full-service consulting firm with over 40 employees. Our sustained growth over the last 40 years is a testament to our commitment to service and quality. In 2007, ZCA moved to its current location at 300 Interchange Boulevard, Ormond Beach, providing room to grow and accommodate our expanding client base.
