Our company was formed to improve our abilities to serve our clients going forward. We are a partnership between Allen O'Leary, RLS of O'Leary & Associates and Gerald Vick, PE, and we strive to provide a quality product that not only addresses the specific needs of the client but also serves to enhance the community. Our surveying services include boundary surveys, A.L.T.A. surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, as-built surveys, and pre-design due diligence assistance. We also provide residential and commercial services, including master planned communities, site condominiums, private road developments, attached condominiums, grading and drainage plans, and construction services. Additionally, we offer geotechnical services, traffic studies, landscape architecture, woodland evaluation, and geological studies.

Our construction services include permitting, bid procurement, construction observation, project acceptance, and contract administration. We also provide site and soil evaluation, engineered septic systems, and groundwater monitoring. Our team of highly trained professionals utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and global positioning systems to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
