  • Jason A. Clark, PE, a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
  • Earl W. Mottley, LS, a licensed professional land surveyor in Virginia, with a background in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
  • John J. Petchul, PE, a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with a Master's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
