• Rebecca Ellis, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CCP, BCxP: President and Founder of QSE, with over 40 years of experience in engineering and management.
• Craig Ellis, Chief Operating Officer: Responsible for QSE's technology systems, information security, business administration, and human resources.
• Matt Malinosky, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CCP: Responsible for developing mechanical commissioning engineers and overseeing new construction and existing building commissioning projects.
• Catherine Newkold, PE, LEED AP BD+C, BCxP: Leads QSE's electrical systems commissioning team, focusing on electrical power, lighting controls, life safety systems, and more.
• Molly Meyer, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CEM, CHFM, CCP: QSE's healthcare commissioning specialist, responsible for developing healthcare commissioning engineers and overseeing new construction and renovations of hospitals and clinics.
