Design/Build

We have a history of successfully completing Design/Build projects for various government agencies, including the US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy NAVFAC, and Department of the Army, Fort Belvoir Military Campus. Our Design/Build project scope includes Interior Renovations, Office Space, Warehouse, and Occupied Facilities, Electrical Systems and Energy Improvement, HVAC/Boiler and Mechanical Systems, Exterior Construction, Buildings, Roadways, and Parking Lots, Roofing Systems and Building Envelope, and LEED Projects and Commissioning.

General Construction

As a Prime Contractor, we have successfully completed General Construction and Renovations Projects up to $14.2MM for multiple government agencies, including the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) in Fort Meade, MD. Our General Construction projects include interior construction, exterior construction, roofing systems, and building envelope renovations.

Metrology, Calibration, and Testing Services

CFM Engineering provides staffing, operations, and supervisory personnel to manage laboratory and facilities systems for private sector clients as well as federal government agencies. Our services include calibrations, laboratory staffing and management, mechanical calibrations and testing services, water/wastewater systems testing and calibrations, and flow meter measuring and monitoring.

Project and Construction Management

Our certified project management professionals and construction management professionals provide expert services in project management, construction cost estimating, drafting services, architectural and engineering services, LEED commissioning services, and facilities systems, energy, water, HVAC, and electrical intelligence operations.

Intelligence Operations

Our Special Security personnel can serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the implementation of secure communication systems, cybersecurity solutions, and intelligence operations for government agencies and private sector organizations.

Safety and Health

At CFM Engineering, we prioritize safety and health. We are committed to developing, implementing, and improving systems and processes that ensure our work meets and exceeds federal and state safety standards. Our comprehensive environmental, health, and safety program includes safety training for all employees, hazard communication planning, job hazard analysis, daily quality control/safety reporting, health and safety auditing, incident reporting, and hot work permitting certifications.
