Unreliable and Unresponsive Services
Several reviewers have expressed frustration and disappointment with Bagby, Foroughi and Goodpasture, PLLC's (BFG) survey services. One reviewer, Green Habitat, described their experience as "terrible" and warned others not to use the company, citing poor communication, failure to complete the job, and a lack of responsiveness.
Another reviewer, Justin Murphy, reported a similar experience, stating that the company did not show up on the scheduled days and took two weeks to complete the survey. He also mentioned that the manager of the survey department did not seem to care about wasting his time.
