Our Leadership

Our team is led by Dayton C. Macatee, P.E., Founder and Managing Member, who has over thirty-five years of engineering design and project management experience. Phillip J. Fisher, Vice President, has been with the company since 2003 and has filled various roles, including planning and design of civil engineering projects.
