Highlands Engineering & Surveying, PLLC is a full-service consulting firm with a team of highly trained and experienced experts. Our story began in 2007 when our co-founders, KC Homiston, PE/LS, and Jamie Glasser, LS, both natives of Dickinson, North Dakota, decided to establish a consulting company that would exceed the civil engineering and land surveying needs of the region. Since our inception, we have earned a reputation for delivering high-quality work and being cost-effective.
