Our People

Our team of experienced engineers is committed to providing exceptional services. Javier M. Carlin, a registered structural engineer in seven states, has over 22 years of experience in designing architectural and civil projects. Manuel A. Levario, also a registered structural engineer in seven states, has 18 years of experience in designing architectural type projects.
