Meet Our Team

Enrique Morales, P.E., a professional civil engineer in Texas, has 13 years of experience in engineering design and consulting in the Houston area. He has managed and coordinated the components for multiple master-planned communities and represented several utility districts. Enrique brings knowledge of the design requirements of many Houston-area municipalities to clients' projects and frequently liaises with other members of his clients' project teams, including other consultants such as planners and architects.
