Welcome to Axiom Engineering, LLC, a Civil / Site Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in historic Georgetown, Delaware. We are situated in one of the fastest growing counties in the Mid-Atlantic region, within easy reach of the Delaware resort beach area. Our team has extensive experience in various services including land surveying, land planning, zoning, subdivision, land development design, and permitting. We also have a strong network of subconsultants, including Geotechnical Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Environmental Scientists, which enables us to successfully manage your development project through all stages, from feasibility to construction documents.

Our Services

At Axiom Engineering, we offer comprehensive services for all phases of Land Development projects. This includes Civil Engineering, Feasibility and Conceptual Planning, Preliminary and Zoning Plan Submittals, Public Hearings, Color Site Plan Renderings, Final Design and Permitting. We also provide Land Surveying services such as Boundary and Topographic Surveying, Wetlands Location Surveys, and Construction Stakeout. Additionally, we assist with FEMA Elevation Certificates and Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, Highway Entrance Plans, Utilities, and On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems.

Professional Staff

Our team is led by experienced professionals. Ken Christenbury, P.E., serves as the President, and E. Scott Wallis, P.L.S., is the Chief of Surveys. We also have a dedicated Chief Financial Officer, Carolyn Christenbury, who brings decades of accounting experience to the firm. Each member of our team is committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring that your project meets all necessary standards.

We understand the importance of staying updated with local and state regulations. That's why we provide access to local resources such as the E-Code Library, Sussex County Government, and state resources including DelDOT Publications, DNREC regulations, and Federal Resources like FEMA maps.
