History

Our company was founded at the end of World War II by F. Talmadge Green, a civil engineer and former city manager. Initially, the company provided local surveying services, but soon expanded to offer engineering services to area clients. Over the years, we have grown and evolved to become one of the most diversified and technologically-advanced engineering companies in the state.
