Since 1991, I have had the pleasure of developing many unique and innovative transducers for the audio industry. Company Profile

As the senior design engineer for a leading audio corporation for many years, I have gained considerable expertise and experience in transducer design and development. My design experience has been closely tied to manufacturing environments, both in-house and in the Far East. This sensitivity to the issues of production and procurement is among the distinguishing features of my designs.

Our comprehensive transducer design and development services include:

• Product Design and Development: We offer extensive transducer design experience and capabilities, including mechanical, electromagnetic, heat transfer, fluid flow, and acoustic prediction, measurement, analysis, and synthesis. This includes finite element analysis (FEA), boundary element analysis (BEA), and custom lumped parameter modeling tools, as well as commercial loudspeaker specific tools such as LEAP, XOPT, MLSSA, and others.

• Complete CAD Solutions: We provide complete CAD solutions using AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, or SolidWorks for everything from simple 2-D drawings to complex 3-D parametric solid model assemblies.

• Rapid Prototyping: We offer expertise in rapid prototyping, including coil winding, vacuum and heat forming, stereolithography, and metal work. This enables us to quickly turn concept into prototype, often in a matter of days rather than weeks or months.

• Technical Documentation: We provide detailed technical documentation, including bills of materials, fully detailed 2-D drawings with custom borders, electronic CAD data, and renderings.

• R&D and Manufacturing Solutions: We offer product and process design for various assembly environments (manual through fully automated) to minimize cost and maximize quality and output. We also provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
