Our Expertise

Our team, led by Principal Engineer Brian S. Smith, P.E., brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. With over 6 years of experience working with Square D Company and 2 years with John Buss & Associates, Brian has honed his skills in project estimating, supervision, electrical engineering, and lighting design. Our CAD drafter, Yanet Barrera, is proficient in manual and AutoCAD drafting, word processing, and ITT Technical Institute's Computer Drafting and Design program.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Lighting design for interior and exterior applications, including offices, hotels, retail stores, restaurants, classrooms, laboratories, warehouses, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, residences, parking garages, and more
• Power engineering and design for utility company coordination, high voltage distribution system design, metering/sub-distribution equipment design, sub-panel location and feeder design, and circuiting of all types of lighting, general purpose, and specialized loads
• Telephone/communications design for flexible and expandable telephone/data/intercom systems, including coordination with telephone and cable TV companies, design of "conduit only" raceway systems, location of outlets, and coordination with system installers
• Fire alarm system design for a wide range of applications, from basic systems to elaborate systems used in hospitals or dormitories
• Drawing production using AutoCAD software on IBM-compatible workstations, with a Hewlett-Packard plotter for printing on bond, vellum, or mylar in sizes up to 30"x48"
