The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners, Inc. is a multifaceted engineering and planning firm that has been serving clients in Western and Southwestern Oregon since 1982. With a team of 24 professionals, including 9 registered engineers, 2 professional land surveyors, and 14 support staff, we offer a wide range of services to help our clients meet their infrastructure needs.

Engineering Services

We provide a comprehensive suite of engineering services that cater to various clients, including municipalities, private developers, and tribal governments. Our services include planning, studying, and designing infrastructure projects, such as streets, utility systems, and site developments. Our expertise spans from feasibility studies to final designs, including studies, surveys, and constructions. We also offer project financing and construction management services to ensure the successful implementation of our clients' projects.

Water and Wastewater Services

Our water and wastewater services include planning, designing, and implementing infrastructure projects related to water distribution, storage, treatment, and conservation. We provide feasibility studies, master planning, and facility design for water and wastewater systems, including pump stations, collection systems, and treatment plants. We also offer design-build services for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including membrane bioreactors and sequencing batch reactors.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services involve planning, designing, and constructing infrastructure projects related to streets, highways, and transportation systems. We provide feasibility studies, master planning, and design services for transportation systems, including street and roadway planning, traffic volume studies, parking studies, and traffic control. We also offer construction management services for transportation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Surveying Services

Our surveying services include a wide range of surveying technologies, including robotic total stations, GPS, and digital levels. We provide surveying services for land development, infrastructure projects, and construction staking. Our surveys include boundary surveys, design surveys, record surveys, and preliminary route surveys, as well as hydrographic surveys and GIS infrastructure mapping.

Project Financing

We have extensive experience in project financing and can assist our clients in identifying and securing financial assistance from various state and federal agencies. Our experience includes assisting with grant and loan applications, as well as preparing comprehensive funding packages for public works improvement projects.

Design/Build Services

Our design/build services involve providing comprehensive services from project inception to construction completion. We offer pre-design and construction documents for renovation of existing and/or new construction of proposed developments, including water distribution, storage, and treatment facilities. Our design/build services also involve preparing and implementing operating and maintenance programs, as well as preparing record "As-Built" drawings.
